Men's Group

The Men’s Group meets the first and third Wednesdays during the month in the evenings from 7 to 9 p.m. and is open to all men who are friends or members of the church. Discussions vary, and members often bring ideas and topics to share.

OLE! Join us for a Mexican Fiesta on Cinco de Mayo!!!! Mariachi Music, Salsa (dip) contest, taco bar, and piñata...it's a party! Do you have a salsa (dip) that you and your family love? Well, enter into the Salsa (dip) contest for your chance to win a prize! The entry fee for the salsa (dip) contest is $5.00 Mexican beer, Coke and Sprite will be available for purchase. Please buy your tickets in advance – $15.00 for Members and $20.00 for non-members. An accurate head count will be needed by Wednesday, May 2nd so make sure to get your ticket today! Sunday Service - Why We Sainted Emerson, and Why We Shouldn't Have

Ralph Waldo Emerson began his career as a Unitarian Parish minister, but he resigned after three years, finding ministry (and especially pastoral care) not to his liking. He became one of the most influential American thinkers and philosophers of the 19th century, especially famous for "Transcendentalism," essentially a new way of looking at religion as the intuition of each individual rather than an institution of doctrines. It's difficult to build church community that way!

Delta Harmony Xpress Concert

Come one, come all! Delta Harmony Xpress's second Friends and Family Night is heading down the tracks! The concert will be held on Sunday, May 6 from 7:00 – 7:30 p.m. in the sanctuary. Refreshments will follow in Jackson Hall. This musical event is FREE and appropriate for ALL ages!

The Men’s Group, a biweekly social/support group for men, meets on the 1st and 3rd Wednesday of each month. Members meet at 7:00 p.m. in the Fireside Room. All are invited who wish to participate in our conversational sessions.
